Once you've decided on your preferred option download and complete the booking form and return to the Booking Secretary at holwellpastures@gmail.com 

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Details on how to pay this are shown on the booking form


NOTE: All options are given access to the toilets and shower suite in the Ironstone Lodge which includes Free Showers

 

Outdoor camping

The 3.5 acre site has two large fields, the second one having an additional smaller area contained within an earth bank, ideal for smaller groups. The grass is cut short in this smaller area. Campers have access to a small under cover Field Kitchen with a sink and cold running water

Outdoor camping plus the Martyn Turner hut

The hut has a kitchen with two electric ovens and  gas hobs, fridge and freezer and water heater and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The meeting room has plenty of Gopak tables & benches and some chairs

Indoor sleepover in the Ironstone Lodge

The building is centrally heated with bunk beds for 32 people plus two twin leader bedrooms. There are large meeting and activity rooms and a kitchen with stainless steel tables, 6 burner cooker, fridges and freezers and a wall mounted water boiler plus crockery, cutlery etc.

Day or evening use of the Ironstone Lodge
The meeting and activity rooms and kitchen in the Ironstone Lodge can be booked by the hour during the day or in the evening. The activity room has an overhead projector and screen and both main rooms have a large number of comfortable chairs and GoPak tables

Priced at just £1.50 each the cloth badges are a great addition to any Scout or Guide's camp blanket. Badges can be ordered via the booking form or contact the Booking Secretary.
